We’re stoked to welcome Yahir Valencia, one of the top young skimboarders in the world, to Dubai for an exciting weekend of waves, wake, and world-class content creation.

Yahir’s visit marks another huge step in bringing global skim culture to the UAE — connecting pros, local riders, and families who just love being by the water. He’ll be joining us for a full day of exploration, training, and filming across Dubai’s most iconic beach and city spots.

Here’s what Friday looks like for Yahir 👇

🕗 Friday, October 17 Schedule

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM☀️ Sleep & ChillAfter a long trip, Yahir will start the day slow — relaxing and recharging before the action kicks off.

1:00 PM🍴 Lunch at West Palm BeachA laid-back lunch with a view of the skyline — good food, good vibes, and plenty of Dubai sunshine.

2:00 – 3:00 PM🚶‍♂️ Walk around The Palm & AtlantisTaking in some of the city’s best views before the content session begins.

4:00 PM📍 Fairmont The PalmA quick meet-up and prep stop before heading to Sea Wake.

5:00 PM🌊 Sea Wake Dubai – Skim Style Wake Surfing SessionWe’ll hit the water with Sea Wake at JBR, the Marina, and near the Four Seasons — filming lifestyle and action content featuring:

• Ain Dubai

• Burj Khalifa

• Burj Al Arab

• Palm Jumeirahand any other epic angles we can find.

6:00 PM🦞 Dinner at Aprons & HammersRefueling by the water after a big session — seafood, stories, and sunset views.

7:00 PM🌆 Evening Walk around JBR or Bluewaters IslandThe night vibe in full swing — street lights, palm trees, and the Dubai coastline as a backdrop.

8:00 PM onward🎉 Decide on going out?Maybe a chill hangout, maybe more exploring — we’ll see where the energy takes us.
